IHE SOUSSE AND ISO 21001 CERTIFICATION SMOE POLICY

Concerned about the satisfaction of its learners, its teaching staff, its administrative staff, its parents and its various relevant stakeholders, IHE Sousse is committed to a continuous improvement process that guarantees the maintenance of a high level of satisfaction.

To do so, IHE Sousse has opted for the effective implementation of a management system in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 21001 standard which is an international standard specifically dedicated to the management systems of educational organizations.

Specialized in the training and support of its students to make them economic actors, leading citizens and entrepreneurs, efficient and capable of acting in a complex and dynamic international context through qualified teachers and staff and innovative programs in a pleasant, stimulating and multilingual environment. Our institution aims to be:

Through the follow-up of relevant pedagogical, didactic, scientific and technical evolutions, the development of the scientific research activity and the reinforcement of certifying training for professionals according to a schedule based on a certified management system and accredited courses.

Through the improvement of their success and employability and by further developing our network of industrial and academic partners on a national and international level thanks to the strengthening and maintenance of our internal and external communication.

As the Director of IHE Sousse, we are committed to continuously improving our management system, to providing all the necessary resources, to meeting CSR principles so that it adds value, and to managing and protecting intellectual property.
